Some of you were very sensitive children, I not kidding, some people have a very inborn sensitive nature there is nothing wrong with being this way, what happened to you is worse than someone like me. I am just glad you managed to at least get to where you are now.

Sensitive souls are to be cherished but not pampered, just cherished, you will love and cherish children, this is why you are special. Don't allow these things from your past to mess you up any longer be the people you were meant to be. This world is hard and some manage to survive it. I see those who got hurt deeply more so because you can't understand why this happened to you, it wasn't because of you, it was because of them, not you. It was never in any way you; it was all them and their problems and they took it out on you.

Sensitive people tend to blame themselves even to the point of denial that somewhere in themselves it must have been partly me that caused it. This is not true at all, if someone does something as bad as what some of you said, then it is almost everyone who said this was because of the person who attacked a small child that would be you the small helpless child.

I am going to say this. Write it all in letter form if you can't give it to the person, forgive them and find a place and burn it, because you don't need them to have the power over you because they are still causing it. What do you have to lose trying this, nothing, if you really put your heart feelings down and try, it will at least be a release.
