I was 4 or 5 and stepped on a rusty 16 penny nail in the sand box. It went all the way through the top of my foot. One of my older cousins was there and pulled it out. I had to be rushed into town to the doctor for treatment and a tetanus shot. That was excruciating.

I saw a kid about four step on a big ole catfish head and one of the spines went through his foot.

That poor kid was wailing bloody murder and couldnt get it off of him, so I went over and yanked it out, I was about 11 or 12 I guess.

I still suffer over it to this day. I just never knew their

Re: What's your earliest traumatic memory?
My family says this isn’t real but it really is. I remember being born. I was born in late December 1962 and the first thing I remember believe it or not is my naked ass sliding off the birthing table and into the arms of the doctor I felt the cold of the chrome table across my back and then of course I didn’t remember anything again till I was about two, When I fell down an entire flight of stairs and my family thought I was dead. True story.

I was 3. Had an ear tag. I remember being held down on the hospital bed, lime green walls, and the med team shoving a black mask over my face to put me out.

They say mental illness is spawned from trauma.
 Quoting: uhhuh

Interesting question. I’m not going to answer though because as soon as people start talking about their trauma they also expose weaknesses that other people can try to use as leverage to get people to say or do something that isn’t in their best interest. However, I will take a few minutes to explain why. Some people mistakenly call this kind of hyper vigilance paranoia. Every species experiences the most competition for resources from members of their own species. Predators are naturally very sensitive to weaknesses in others. They exploit weaknesses for their own gain and to the detriment of others. Humans are the ultimate predator. Obviously that’s not all we humans are, but revealing sensitive information that could be used against us is not hygienic. It can lead to betrayal which can undermine your position in disastrous ways that may seem far fetched but are actually more likely than you might think. Think about the powers that be for a moment and understand that most people look at them as an example of success and seek to emulate them so they can achieve the same ‘success’. Much of what the powers that be do depends on exploiting the weakness of the masses.

being born....it hurt TERRIBLY!!
like being in fire.
i was burning alive and i couldnt breathe.
it all hurt so bad.

when i did breathe, it burned and my eyes burned when i opened them, but they hurt more when something was put into them.
my stomach hurt and i didnt want the formula, it tasted bad.
eventually i drank it and my belly pain stopped.

i used to ask other kids if they remembered being born but none ever did.. so i stopped asking.

I can attest to that. I was almost 9 years old when my mom told me that she was going to divorce my dad and asked me how I felt about it. I told her I was glad. I had watched him beat her on several occasions and one time he shoved her down the stairs. I lived in fear that he would kill her one day. I had images in my head of him strangling her to death.

I SHIT my pants in front of the whole class in third grade. EXPLOSIVE diarrhea. I tried my best to clench up my butt cheeks and stop the inevitable , but it was no use, the pressure was too intense.

The other kids were laughing when I tried to make it to the bathroom while keeping my ass cheeks clinched, and let 'er rip over by the door.

They were all blaming it on the cafeteria the next day. It was embarrassing but not that bad..

I was three years old and playing in the backyard of my Grandparents rural home. Seemingly from out of nowhere (and completely unprovoked) a dog came into the yard from an adjacent farm field and I was viciously attacked. My Grandmother managed to get the animal off me, but I received numerous bad bites and was completely traumatized by the event.

This incident made me deathly afraid of dogs for the next ten years, until I was thirteen and riding my bike down a street near my home. A dog bolted from an adjacent alley and took off after me. Initially I pedaled as hard as could to get away, but he kept right up and was biting at my heels. It was at that point something in my brain just snapped. My fear turned to anger, and I'd had enough. I took my left foot off the pedal and kicked the dog repeatedly in the head until it finally stopped chasing me.

My fear of dogs was gone forever, and it was a defining moment in my life.

That's right! There's an appropriate time to cut part of a person's penis off. Make sure you do it when they are most vulnerable! Don't wait until later, they won't let you do it then.

That's why they are going after the kids now with gender identity. They want to get them before they can make up their own mind. Just snipping the tip isn't good enough anymore, they want to chop the whole thing now.

Re: What's your earliest traumatic memory?
I know these type of questions are intentionally or unintentionally used as data mining. Though I'll bite.

I was young. Say 3 at the time. I remember it clearly. This is before preschool. I lived in the US with my mother at my grandmother's home. My father had taken a work transfer to Australia for two years. So I only saw him a few times when I was very young.

I wanted my dad. I wanted him to be home. And I was told he is far away. I asked to see him, or for him to come home. I can remember all of the details. My mom in the bathroom brushing her teeth in the morning.

I remember seeing him in Australia. The flight. My mom took me to Hawaii on the way. I remember feeding little fish in the clear water. Fed them frozen peas out of a bag. Swam right up to us.

I remember being in Australia. Though I only remember one trip there.

Thats my earliest memory. Asking where my father was. And being upset that nothing I did would change that he wasn't there. I felt at the time an odd sensation. A sudden new awareness it's hard to explain. But it felt like the moment I could remember.

I never personally asked my dad about it. But others told me that he said it was his deepest regret in life taking a transfer to anotber country and being away from me for two years.

My son is nearly 3. He seems to remember or have familiarity with things from his past. Baby toys and such. Poor kid gets night terrors sometimes. And no memory of them once he comes to.

Nothing too serious. My Dad let me watch Steven King's IT when I was about 4 years old though, which definitely left a deep impression. Storm drains... heads in refrigerators, the bathtub suicide, and Chinese food scene. Oh yeah, and the blood coming up out of the sink and gym showers. I still remember it all vividly even though I haven't seen the movie in 30 years. Thanks DAD.

At a Wake I was about 4 or 5, for my fathers friend a young scientist who injected himself with some experiment at big Pharma and dropped dead, this would have been around 1962.

I was kept separated from the majority of the group who were outside in a picnic type atmosphere while I was made to sit by a bookshelf inside. Another vague memory of what could be the same day of a group of toddlers being in an SRA ritual perception experiment involving a tree house in the woods.

I'm part of an isolation ritual or program of some kind. I distinctly remembered the term "bad bunny" being used.

Re: What's your earliest traumatic memory?
My mother had undiagnosed scitzo and bipolar. I was 3 and my Dad took my brother to a soccer game and I was left alone with my mom. I did something to upset her, not sure what I did, probably typical toddler stuff. She got really mad and picked me up by my ears and held me me up in the air that way saying she was going to kill me. It hurt really bad, it felt like my head was going to explode.
 Quoting: DelusionsOfGranduer

I know what that feels like. My mother was paranoid schizophrenic and was as mean as the devil himself. She not only would pick me up by my ears she would choke me up against walls and lift me off the ground with her hands wrapped around my neck a foot or more while screaming and spitting in my face. She even tried to kill me by chasing me with a butcher knife when I was about 5. Fired a gun at me when I was 16. Daily beatings and stampings were an everyday occurrence. It was hell on earth. But i survived and blessed to still be alive.

Needless to say I didn't really have a childhood... I feared that woman until the day she died which was only a couple of years ago.

My first memory was of me only 3 yrs old.

Mother had married a man as mean as she was. I was in bed, it was dark and I woke up when the light came on. My mother was Standing in the doorway watching as her new husband started beating me in the face and body with his fists.

When he was done he left the room. I was crying and asked my mother why he did that. Her response was because I was sucking my thumb in my sleep.

I even remember the next morning I was covered in blood and so was my bed.

My entire childhood was similar.

I'm not a victim though. I'm a strong independent woman. I'm glad I grew up the way I did. It made me strong.

I look around today and see weak people that fall apart at the most simplest problems. I would rather be me. :)
