Interesting question. I’m not going to answer though because as soon as people start talking about their trauma they also expose weaknesses that other people can try to use as leverage to get people to say or do something that isn’t in their best interest. However, I will take a few minutes to explain why. Some people mistakenly call this kind of hyper vigilance paranoia. Every species experiences the most competition for resources from members of their own species. Predators are naturally very sensitive to weaknesses in others. They exploit weaknesses for their own gain and to the detriment of others. Humans are the ultimate predator. Obviously that’s not all we humans are, but revealing sensitive information that could be used against us is not hygienic. It can lead to betrayal which can undermine your position in disastrous ways that may seem far fetched but are actually more likely than you might think. Think about the powers that be for a moment and understand that most people look at them as an example of success and seek to emulate them so they can achieve the same ‘success’. Much of what the powers that be do depends on exploiting the weakness of the masses.
