I was 3. Had an ear tag. I remember being held down on the hospital bed, lime green walls, and the med team shoving a black mask over my face to put me out.
They say mental illness is spawned from trauma.
Quoting: uhhuh I was 4-5ish and heard my parents arguing. I went into their room and found my mother sitting in the edge of the bed crying with a bloody nose. My father standing in front of her with a shotgun. I got in front of my mother and said "please don't hurt mommy, I love her" and he stood there with the shotgun pointed at us for what felt like an eternity
