They weren't called for the same reason that no more than two ambulances were called for the first 32 minutes: no one told dispatch it was a mass casualty incident.

By the time Bob Newton in dispatch found out there were more than two patients--he'd been told "two down"--patients had been bleeding for a half an hour.

The additional ambulances weren't called until 10:03 a.m. That means that by the time they got there, patients had been bleeding for an hour.

That's all any EMT watching the scene unfold needed to know about why the children died.

There were hundreds of crime scene photos, including those of a boy's backback lying in the hall, and blood spatters on desks, blood on carpets, blood and hair and bullets, and other horrible stuff.

In your city/town, wherever you live, there have been at least several car accidents over the past 10 years or so in which children were killed.

Where are the photos?? Where are the pictures of weeping parents?? Where are the graphic iPhone pictures uploaded to Twitter etc.?

Those scenes weren't even cordoned off by multiple agencies, as Sandy Hook was.

Should have been super easy to get photos and spread them around among the public.

Funny how that doesn't happen. (Since most people, including bystanders and journalists, personally choose NOT to do something that awful).

At any rate, since there have been hundreds and hundreds of fatal car accidents involving children over the years, and yet mysteriously few or none of those pictures get out--the idea that there "no photos" from Sandy Hook "proves a hoax" is ridiculous.

Fetzer had a PI do a shadow analysis of the photos. The PI found they were taken late afternoon on Dec 14 2012. Just when they should have been taken.
