The TV said it was real!

So did Arthur C Clarke.
And Walter Cronkite.
And Robert Heinlein.

They wouldn't all lie to me, would they?

They also said that as a result of the Apollo 'manned' Moon landings we would have world peace, a Moon base by 2001, and a space elevator! YAY! Any day now.

It’s understandable. Before the internet, we were subject to the standard party line. Now that everyone has access to data, we can research without the gate keepers & guardians of “truth”.

I hope we go back to the moon soon just to show those who think it can’t be done.

Oh look! Here is the moon buggy tracks! We photoshopped them in to this photo even though it's not to scale and would be impossible to see in real life. The flag isn't there either because we can't photoshop that very well so we just left it out.

I love the "final parking spot" which is a black blob.

This is worse than when they tried to photoshop the dark side of the moon passing by earth.

Re: The more I think about the moon landing the funnier it is that I use to believe in it.
I think the moon landing in 1969 did happen, but we were lied to about the nature of it. Why they went there, what they found there, who even went up there. All the footage and data. Likely even the ship they used was a different one. All that was released to the public was a lie, but I think they really did visit through a separate hidden excursion concealed behind the fake published one.

Because something happened in the 70s and it's as if humans were no longer allowed on the moon. All expeditions ended abruptly. Which is insane, we have the technology and you'd think science would want to explore it further. The government is, as usual, hiding something real and no longer wants people to look at the moon or travel there. No one makes attempts at it anymore.

That wouldn't be true if they never went to the moon. They would press forward. The conspiracy of sudden aversion means they did actually land on the moon and decided the public cannot know about it.

I guess even he has a line he will not cross. lying to kids about it.

The problem with faking this is the utter utter fools involved. You do stupid stuff you get stupid participants.

Not only did they record themselves by accident when they were trying to fake a shot out the window of earth, the guy sticks his hand over the window, revealing his shadow, and destroying the illusion that it's a picture of earth from space.

Fuck off....you are fabricating things, including the shape of the earth. it's like faking a trip to the moon just to try satisfy questions about heliocentrism, like trying to make up extra evidence.

Well your first link actually uses "the big bang theory" a comedy sitcom show, as evidence for your "laser reflector"

Penny watches the experiment as the ground of dorks jump around claiming "we reflector the laser". "ok guys lets keep walking" "should we invite them to the party" "no" says penny, lets get out of here.

That's your evidence?!?!?!

As for your second link, we have already debunked this. It's not to scale and it's not realistic that you can see tyre tracks because it's photo shopped.
