Most Ex-SAS work as military contractors/Mercs all over the world you mong.. and Ukraine passed a law in 2015 allowing foreigners to fight for the Ukrainian military... It doesn't matter what kind of law Ukraine passes, mercs still aren't acknowledged as lawful fighting forces under the Geneva convention. Which means if Russia catches them they won't get the humane prisoner-of-war treatment guaranteed by the convention. Instead they will be treated as common murderers who entered a war zone for the thrill of killing. That's just Russia's view on the matter, whether you like it or not.
