O- or RH- tend to have these issues more than most, and earwax is said to make you forget shit Needing a helper was the tough part for me. I laid down with a mirror on the floor in front of me so I could make sure it wasn't setting me on fire. I did it in the bathroom with the nice big mirror behind the sink. Some of them come with directions. You can massage your sinuses and rub towards your ear to help more funk come out. |
