Called my vet, of course they are understaffed and only work partial days on Saturday and they referred me to the ER Vet place. Like I haven't literally poured tens of thousands of dollars into their business over the years, buy they can't fit my pet in. Oh, my, they might have to work an extra hour...horrors. So, go to ER Vet place. They say my pet is stable and I could leave the pet there or they would call when they have addressed the critical patients. Ok, I get it...triage. However, they said 2 hours, now it has been 4 hours. Apparently, they no longer call in extra help when they are overloaded with patients. And, they act like they care so much-ha. Doctors are even worse. Good luck if you are ill after hours or on the weekend. You have to go to an urgent care and wait forever or try the ER and wait and get hit with an enormous bill. You all can praise doctors, nurses and vets, but I don't see them as being dedicated. It is all about the bottom line. If it inconveniences them, then too bad. I, personally, don't give a hoot about doctors high liability costs, they are not the kind of doctors from yesteryear but hospital conglomerates spend all sorts of money on slick advertising like they care. They all are no different from politicians who say they work for the people but they only work for their own self-interest. Our world has gone to heck in a handbasket.

If they aren't careful, retailers like Walmart will take over banking, pharmacy and even urgent care, having their own doctors 24x7. Walmart is stinky, but at least if your kid has a bad ear ache you can buy medicine until midnight, was 24 hours until cv shitstorm hit.

"we can't get enough staff". This is going to spread to food, power, fuel and water...not just medical care. The, I took the dog to emergency care, he has a limp. They told me it would be a 7-10 hour wait. I left. They weren't even nice about it, in fact they were downright nasty. Where did all the vets go? When you are afraid of losing your life, you have already lost your life. Don't be afraid.

Vets are the same.They make your pets sick so you haveto come back over, and over, and over, and they get all your hard earned money in their pockets!

The plane was broken down and delayed for over 6 hours, which caused me to miss my international flight. The best they could do was a $200 voucher and a hotel room because I was a PITA to them. Overall, not one of the customer service reps or gate people missed a beat in the personal bullshit of laughing or even seemed to show any empathy to the plight of the passengers. People whose job it is to at least pretend they care, don't even do that anymore. There stupid inability to get their jet in the air has cost me over a thousand bucks in flight cancelations, rebookings, food and hotel costs. Total fucking indication of a society in decline and no one gives a shit.

My local vet is old and doesn't do farm calls now. The one the next town over says I'm too far. Tho their service charge is like $250 or $300. Damn you're only 20 mi from me. You stupid fuck if I could get the horse up and on the trailer I wouldn't need a farm call!! And what if she goes down in trailer, that's another can of worms. And one of my friends had a friend who graduated from Perdue last year as veterinarian. Get this $450,000 worth of deb. Yes I did not mistype $450,000. But now that the girl graduated, she don't wanna do large animals. Right no horses or cows or goats. She just wants to stay in office and do dogs and cats and occasional bunny. WE ARE SO SCREWD!! LAST time I had a vet out was last year. Thankfully no injuries, just shots and coggins. Get this. For 5 horses. $988.00 Yes almost a grand. People have no idea how bad things are going to be. I do.

Anonymous Coward User ID: 71159634 United States 10/03/2022 05:19 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation	Re: NO businesses care about customer service, but it really gripes me when doctors and vets stink last time i saw a vet we got in an argument about lime disease. he showed me a pic of a tick and wanted to medicate at 380 a month. i said no way, thats bullshit. he was yelling he went to stanford. i had done tons of research. that was 16 years ago. my husky is laying by my side as an elderly yet healthy 19 year old. cured his lime in a week with turmeric, cost was 2 bucks. wish i never spent the money in his first three years on stupid shots and checkups. really will wake you up if you challenge them, fukn losers. can guarantee that ass never had a dog he cared for live to 19. i have the oldest dog in town.

I'm at a hotel near LAX used by lots of flight crew and they are still kicking.
