They were making "pills" to take with the vaccine, and they were getting ready to say to people "they are a pair they go together". They were somewhat excited about this.

At some point this retarded idea fell through and never gained traction, and they could not get off on it fully.

I guess they were so excited about the vaccine profits they started getting carried away.
