When the time is right, you put your food on the grill. It is a process. You don't light your chinese propane grill up to 'stun' and try to cook a chicken or a tri-tip in 10 minutes. That is just wrong, and the excuse for lazy people. I've been married so long, I don't even look both ways when I cross the street. |
