SUMMARY:
Section 242 of Title 18 makes it a crime for a person acting under color of any law to willfully deprive a person of a right or privilege protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States.

they keep nibbling away at what firearms, magazines and style weapons that we can supposedly have, but in reality they will never be able to confiscate or do away with what is already out in public hands. they can make getting ammo difficult and expensive but that doesn't account for whats already out there.
If every body in law enforcement and the military supported this idea (they don't) they know they don't have the manpower to accomplish it.....go to any military town and many homes are better armed than the police dept with people that are better trained to defend it.
