Why are people living in the streets of Liberal run jurisdictions? I would say it's pretty evidentiary of failure by those who are elected officials who are supposed to govern there.

I had a sheriff come to take my guns once, but I had already given them to someone else in the family as is permissible by state law where I live, so he left once I relinquished my CCP/CWP.

He did his job, I followed the law and once the reason for him coming to take them resolved over the course of a few weeks, they were once more given back over to my possession, including my CCP.

I had a gun stolen once too. You can be sure I filed a report. I don't need a gun out there I purchased being used in a crime and then having someone attempt to implicate me in it.

With those laws, only people considered criminals possess them.

That is not to say that anyone who has these are actually criminal.

What makes a criminal? Not laws, but rather degradation of the character and the actions of the individual. Possessing something such as that shouldn't be a crime. It's the abusive use of it that constitutes crime. Thus; it's very similar to the movie where they have a pre crime unit.

I had a teacher that insisted we all use long pencils, but I like mine short, because for me it was easier to hold. She kept taking my pencil away, and I kept sharpening it down to size.
