Meh. The senate will squash it. And even then, it is wholly unconstitutional if it somehow passes. So fuck em.

Stupid,And won't stop anything.. Hell most folks have an old 30 round AR magazine kicking around in their kitchen junk drawers!

(It's probably completely unconstitutional too!:)

I'm old.. but I'm really comfortable with my semi's, bolt, and lever guns.
Shotguns, and of course my SAA revolvers.

Biden thinks a 9mm will fuck you up ,try a 255 grain flat nosed soft point .45 long colt. Or a 12ga "coach gun" at short range..

The 5.56x45mm (AR) military round is a comparatively weak piece of shit round in the world of firearms. It is a "varmint round" suitable for woodchucks, possums, racoons, coyotes, 2 legged predators.

Not even legal for deer in some states.

Exactly is marginal on coyotes was intended to wound taking 3 guys out of action and for reconnaissance by fire. Oh but the military? yeah artillery the queen of the battlefield, anything else kinda silly. I like equipping every one with Sig pistols in 9mm. The solution to a problem that doesn’t exist.

best remind the kids they can not have sex til 21 nor have that sex change either. can't work with machinery nor drive. best stay home and have curfews too.

2nd thought locking kids up in cities that are out past a certain hour might actually bring down the crime rates. but than cops would have to enforce laws instead of CONGRESS just making new 1's.

let's start by setting an age limit for BIDEN to sniff their hair.

Not all rifles poke the same kind of holes.

A 180 grain soft point out of a .308 will poke an especially noticable hole out the back.

A well regulated militia - a well oiled, organized, collection of practiced local units working together in an overarching national network that communicates, is cohesive, and can deter both foreign and domestic threats, consisting of regular citizens, not beholden to the state, but operating independently, in a manner similar to what the free press is supposed to look like in America, as opposed to a standing army, which is a potential danger to free people

being necessary to the security of a free state - in order to remain free the people must maintain the collective right of the militia, keep it up and running, so that it can remain well regulated, in order to protect the freedom existing in a state and deter state and foreign action that is hostile to that freedom

the right of the people - that's the individual right of you and me, everyday citizens, below average, above average, and average, the voting public, that is necessary to maintain the collective right

to keep and bear arms - maintain a level of arms necessary to deter foreign and domestic threats, which may include a standing army, even though it really shouldn't, but may, if the people allow it to exist, the existence of such would increase, not decrease, the level of sophistication regarding the weaponry needed to meet this criteria, the more and better weapons any standing army has, the more and better weaponry the citizenry gets to keep and bear

shall not be infringed - shall not be interfered with in any way that undermines the ability of the public to exercise their individual rights in a manner that would compromise their collective ability to thwart those who might wish to threaten the peoples' freedom, i.e. enemies foreign or domestic

There are two operative clauses, the the individual right, which shall not be infringed, because infringement interferes with what is necessary in order to exercise the collective right, which is really what deters the threat of tyranny, foreign invaders, and any rogue standing army that might get any ideas. Both the individual and the collective rights are necessary to keep the people free.

It is not time to further erode the 2nd by targeting the individual right to keep and bear arms. It is time to strengthen both the individual and the collective rights contained in the Second Amendment.

Inflation, the energy crisis, and the rising costs of goods and services is a deliberate, preemptive strike on the collective right of the militia.

They are using economic warfare to try prevent the rise of a well-regulated militia (well-oiled, practiced, strong, and ready militarized public), while simultaneously attacking the First and Second Amendments to the United States Constitution.

The policies that have been put into place are a part of a military strategy designed to operated against the American public for specific reasons relating to the strength and readiness of the public to respond to a myriad array of encroaching threats, and now those responsible are seeking to hobble the individual right. The individual right would not be under threat right now had the people not allowed for the weakening of the collective right.

Why are organized gangs operating in inner cities commonplace and acceptable to the left, but for some reason the concept of an organized militia is taboo?

Maybe, it is because the same people who are trying to disarm the American public right now are the same people who are operating and capitalizing off of organized crime and its violent enforcement to control certain territories.

If America had kept a well-oiled, practiced, and organized militia, then the level of crime seen in too many enclaves in America would be virtually non-existent, or at least the violence in places like Chicago would be kept better in check than what we see now, where cities are being run by the same people profiting from the illegal drug trade, gun trade, human trafficking networks.

In effect, the Democrats are operating their own kind of organized militia with their organized crime syndicates and the militant wings of their party, i.e. BLM and Antifa, and they are simultaneously trying to end anything that might prevent them from using off the books violence in order to affect their own political will and profit from their criminal enterprises.

They are fully aware of what the current standard is. They would like to change the standard in an attempt to further weaken America. Weakening America is what they want and what they do. Take a look around at the fruits of their policies. It isn't incompetence or stupidity. They are implementing military strategy, and it is about high time the public understood the grave danger that their policies present to their lives and prosperity.
