Why the glorification? I don’t get it, every time I’ve been in the ER I’ve been largely ignored, I almost would rather die at this point than go back to the ER. Good luck getting a cup of water while the nurses are laughing amongst themselves. Yeah such an honorable job. Worst thing they do is deal with bed wounds and they get paid handsomely for it. |

But some fat tattooed dyke with a pink butch hair cut was pissed off because I had Steve bannons war room playing on my phone. She said “well, good luck with that!” and walked out. Not sure what THAT was but I never saw her again. That explains why my room wasn’t cleaned on monday. Have a nice day = GFY. GFY = Go Fuck Yourself. If this offends you then have a nice day. |

Always offer praise and thanks. Tell them what a great job they are doing. Yeah, you're blowing smoke up their ass but it's more praise than they get otherwise. |

They admitted me for pneumonia. I was in a big room with 8 or 9 other patients all being held for observation. There one bathroom for all of us. One of the patients was on diuretics, if you went into the bathroom he would bang on the door and demand you come out. There were both males and females. It was one of the worst nights of my life. I begged my husband to come get me first thing in the morning. I think that particular hospital has always been understaffed. I bet it's worse now. I hope you get better quickly. I'm in SW Pa where my wife was hospitalized last month for a week...gall bladder, and all in all they were pretty decent to her and I was surprised when the surgeon came in after the surgery and spoke to me for about 10 minutes. Like many of the shtf scenarios we have all pondered here in the past it really is going to be very important where one is located once it all really does fall apart. Herman memorial in The Woodlands, Texas. I have had three meals in 72 hours. Food is good… just can’t get any. Nurses take forever to address issues. My IV has beeped with errors for an hour. Nurses are 20 feet away and just chatting nonsense. I press the button and they don’t even answer… let it roll over to main operator who has to page. They still ignore. Sunday thru today… four days. Every day a different hospital doctor. The doctors are in the room for a few minutes at most…. One for less than 30 seconds. I don’t get the same answer twice, ever…. Hey are clueless. Can’t make any progress. Can’t get any information on test results. They are drawing blood and doing all this crap… well, what are the results. I told them to discharge me…. Doctor came in and said he would not, I would have to leave on my own against medical advice. Big argument. My brother is a doctor in Florida - he called in and made some progress so I am going to stay here for now. They come in three times to scan bed…. So worried about it being stolen. They scan the IV machine three days in a row too… so worried about that. But the bed sheets never changed. The towel in the bathroom has been wet and on the floor three days… they don’t care about that. Seriously…. If I had known I would have just killed myself instead of go through this crap. And I have not had an American born nurse yet. One American born floor assistant. One just off the boat from Haiti barely speaks English. This place is a joke. My hospital in New England is amazing. Zero wait in the ER and the doctor and nurses are freindly and caring. You order your own food from the relatively decent hospital cafeteria so its just like room service in a hotel. Grilled salmon salad, chocolate mousse, etc... lucky to have a great hospital near me. |

At least he got to meet my son before the nursing staff asked us to remove our boy from the ICU. Some Karen told me I needed to wear a mask, but I told her I am on my way out and left. What moran still thinks masks matter at all? |
