2 males got into an altercation.
1 guy stepped outside and shot at the other guy.

The 2 males were detained and the woman bystander is getting treated for a non-life threatening wound.

No fatalities.

Shooting occured at 3:30 pm local time.

There is a city on the other side of that border with a huge murder rate. Juarez, nicknamed the city of dead women (in spanish), is a LOT closer than Houston.
