Yep! I would go with a Super EMP if I was Russia. Forget about cyber attacks that's kid's play and would provoke a retaliation from America and nukes are messy but a Super EMP would cripple America, Canada and unfortunately the Northern half of Mexico. Poor Mexico can't get a break. Canada supports this proxy war against Russia so Russia would be hitting two birds with one stone doing a Super EMP. The only innocent casualty would be Mexico which I don't think supports the NWO crap. That's the thing about war is there will always be innocent parties that suffer. It's unavoidable in war.

If that were to happen I don’t see Russia pussy footing around. They have spent a lot of effort warning of these consequences and much more time planning for something like this. They will not use tactical nukes inside the U.S. they will aim to eliminate us as a threat. One of their missiles releases about 50 Warheads. Some self propelled and some that glide and all are precision. That would destroy more than a city. I don’t know but I would guess they would try to destroy our ability to be a threat. Destroying our communications systems would be devastating in itself. Without command and control systems we would be in bad shape. It’s a good question. Someone who studies Russian doctrine would probably have more knowledge .
