a) Your first time viewing, focus on all the brand names and famous logos you will not see; Coke, Miller, Jack Daniels, and Levi's Jeans. These logos and franchises didn't exist in 1906 because for one, no-one is wearing jeans, and mostly, mostly because there are no known brands and logos posted on billboards although there is advertising for brands we never even heard of and those would have survived. b) Second viewing, focus on service stations and gas. Furthermore one must wonder from which assembly line did these cars roll-off of since these are years ahead of model-T. Seems ol' Henry was just a cheap knock-off. But what robotic program cut, pressed, shaped all the intricate pieces that make an engine run, look under a hood, you'll understand. But these engines were steam engines, that means the robotics left for mankind had steam, electric, and combustion programing for us to choose from.
