Happens daily. Also with false police reports with or without children.

Without a record, I've been arrested without indictment for an alleged "future crime" with no evidence and solely based on (a crazy) person's claim. Police and DA didn't give a damn.

It happens a lot. Your neighbor/relatives/friends hates you. They’ll make a false charge against you and your kids. Homeschool and live away from most people.

The fact underlying the matter is this behavior is significantly established as traited for people with untreated borderline and narcissistic disorders regardless of gender. It's the way their brains are wired.

BPD = a conservative 6-10% of population (far, far underreported, imo)

NPD = 20-25% of population

Bottom line is the system should not enable those individuals to get away with false claims. Some serious revisions to law is needed to put a leash on CPS.

Indeed. The entire system is broken from LE, DAs, attorneys, judges, mental health, CPS, prisons and, yes, the laws that govern the system. And, people, perpetrators and conspirators are, oh so, rarely held to account. Too much profit in the system, in my experiential opinion. (Though, no experience with CPS.)

It's called "bearing false witness" and is a commandment that is routinely broken. I agree, it should be punished but judges these days, routinely let people off.
