But he was clearly not allowed to drive as had to call his kid brother to pick him up in middle of the night from his girl friends house. Likely had been drinking, & likely shared a bottle with his young bro during their joy ride.

As records state instead of going home they ended up going for a fast joy ride early that morning.

So I mentioned this to a relative, and they said the media says it is a different Paul Pelosi... I checked with online California birth & death records. It is the same Paul Pelosi (born 15 Apr 1940 in SF). Dead brother was David Pelosi 11 Sep 1937-22 Feb 1957. Father was John Pelosi wholesale druggist, mother was Corinne Bianchi Pelosi (died 5 Dec 1987 in SF).
