The XRP token was created to fund the development of their technology, it will never be used in a commercial setting because banks, and other businesses, can use a digital asset to conduct business when that asset can have wild fluctuations in price.

XRP is designed for a high price to provide massive liquidity & accommodate large scale transactions.

At 1 dollar per, it doesn't work. If a central bank wanted to send $99 billion, they would need the entire worlds supply of XRP...plus units are burned with transactions, keeping it deflationary.

One of the main reasons for so much FUD & disformation is to scare people away from accumulating it. Along with the other ISO2022 compliant digital assets, it is the smartest investment with actual utility that can solve real world problems now. Just a matter of when not IF..

I think the Golden Goose is the ODL Patent, noone needs to actually hold XRP, Ripple has set up Wallets for this very function. There isn't enough XRP to cover the Whole of the target market @ 1$ USD, there isn't enough XRP to cover 10% of market share @ 1$USD so I expect to find its sweet spot eventually.

5-7$ is probably close to the mark in 5-8 years.
