Most ordinary people astral project but don't know it. Dreaming during sleep is a form of astral projection. I think I experienced AP a few times where during a lucid dream, I controlled my body (in the dream) to fly above the Earth controlling the speed and direction as I sped at the speed of light towards distant star clusters.

Thanks, but I am not trusting anything I have to pay for to teach me how to astral project. Money shouldn't be connected to something this sacred.

There were some good threads here overtime:

Thread: Astral Projection Practice Video

I can't find the ones where a pdf guide was given. That was really remarkable and very much like other books and guides, advanced ones.

here is a site and there are many others, you can also search for the rope technique and others.

hemisync or binaurals or mixed tones that include range from theta to delta. Delta if you can stay awake during that, is astral projection brain wave frequency.

Consciously have only been half out of my body or above my body. My soul, my bigger self, wouldn't allow that, felt it was dangerous perhaps at that time. Because in sleep and an experience of trying to remote view to help someone, I had a form of astral take place, but it felt real as well, would have experienced touch and it really alarmed me that it was as real as it was, was viewing his abductions. That wasn't safe.

When your Family, Angel, God's Family, brings you safely at night or your Soul, Higher Self, knows the way and you have informative dreams or lessons at night, you're not consciously doing this and its part of the dynamics of being incarnated or born on earth, part of what is done here.

But everyone is allowed to seek, knock on the door, search for answers, pray and meditate under the stars. We wouldn't be intelligent humans seeking the way out of slavery and so I don't discourage anyone from seeking for answers, praying and or meditating and would recommend praying and meditating, for protection and for God/Source/Family the Good to protect you always, and give yourself permission to wake up.

For me, after attempting all the techniques, what worked that time was finding a good audio for my meditation from youtube and putting it on my mp3.

Now I avoid Delta, because delta is sleep hz, and when I had tried it in the past, my breathing and heart rate slow down so it feels like I'm fainting and would wake up in panic from deep meditation.

By mistake I chose one that was Theta and turned into Delta.

It was a fairly long meditational piece, but that day I had drank quite a bit of coffee so I didn't fall asleep instead everything happened at once:

instantly at once, I stopped breathing it felt like, this incredibly loud buzzing, rushing sound almost like a jet taking off buzzing, at the same time my breathing halted or slowed down enormously and at that very moment I was leapign out of my body.

But at the same time it was like more of me was present, like we're in a box within our bigger souls, and the gates opened. I knew that it wasn't safe to do this. but I also knew that we leave our body every night. When our suspended animation state occurs, the breathing slows, heart rate slows, body does healing and sorting of info, it would be boring to stay.

Our dreams take place outside the simulation and there are lessons, sometimes its reinacting past life memories, dreams are often way more than sorting through your days activities.

And I was laying on top of my body, there were 2 sets of legs, and I was fully conscious in my spiritual form, the part that I operate in, was under me, could feel my body, but had 2 at that point. Your spirit form is your real form.

Seek within and seek God, Source, answers but keep knocking on that door and seek. We're supposed to awaken our true selves and soul gifts and astral projection is one of them, but sometimes its not safe for either an individual who is being targeted, or has ufo experiences, or isn't safe at that time.

Re: What's the best guide to astral projection?
The short form is to try different techniques, they might work. But a short form is to do meditations, for perhaps a month, or even a week, say 30 minutes to an hour with theta binaurals mp3 laying down or sitting and trying to fall asleep focusing on seeing within, quieting your mind, syncrhonizing your breathing and heart with love and appreciation for those perhaps you've had hardships with, to try and see the good in them and be grateful for others, to express love. connect with love inside to your heart and breathe this.

And then try theta to delta, not just theta. if you find you suddenly stop breathing and panic, thats the suspended animation sleep state stage, perhaps try it after a few cups of coffee.

That worked better than all the other techniques. Delta but with coffee.

read learn and teach yourself

learn to protect yourself in the subtle realms too

be prepared to practice for years even DECADES before results

then realize you are wasting your time

it's better to have a rich life here in 3D than spending all your time like a pacing dog in a cage

after you die you will be 'astral projecting' forever

enjoy this 3D life while you're here!

Yes, you go without sleep and then when you do fall asleep concentrate on floating out of your body.
Never mind the fear porn, everyone should do this.

It is a natural occurrence, when I was a child it happened every week, nothing has ever happened to me.

You make a great point about enjoying 3D life while you got it. Have as many experiences as humanly possible, that's the "gold" you bring with you to the afterlife, and that you incarnated here to gather in the first place!

However, you're wrong about it taking decades to learn astral projection. It takes some effort and focused intent for sure, but you could have your first projection in a day if you do it right.

The only problem is knowing how to do it right, since you're supposed to do something you don't normally know is even possible. But it's actually much easier than people think.

First, forget about 99 % of the stuff people tell you. Forget about all the mystical mumbo jumbo! There's nothing strange or special about astral projecting, it's actually the exact same thing as dreaming, and you do it every night already!

Astral projection = dreaming = exploring the non-physical world in the non-physical state (which is actually the natural state of a spirit being).

The only difference from dreaming, is that when you "astral project" you step out into the non-physical world while remaining fully conscious and self-aware. And since you do it this way you can explore not just the "far out there" sectors of the non-physical world, but also the sectors that are very close to the physical world but not quite.

When you dream at night you are semi-conscious and go straight to la-la-land. But when you astral project you have your wits and start out so close to the physical world that 99 % of what you see is real.

To begin with. Because you can quickly drift away from "reality" and end up in la-la-land again.

Which can be fun, but if you wish to fly over your house and see it as it really is, then you need to stay very very neutral and emotionally stable. Because your emotions make you drift away into whatever section of la-la-land fits the vibration you are giving off. So learning to not give off any weird vibrations is key to not end up in weird places.

The guy I'm replying to is correct in that you will have as much time as you need to practice the skill of navigating the non-physical after you die, so there's no hurry.

But it can still be beneficial to practice it while alive. You see, when you die you are no longer tied to a physical body, so you go wherever your emotional state leads you. If you haven't learned to control your emotional state you can and likely will spiral into "hellish" realms of sheer terror and indescribable suffering.

Do you ever have nightmares? Then consider that the afterlife is a dream you can't wake up from. If you don't have the skill to navigate the non-physical safely in dreams you won't have it when you die either, and "death" will be quite an ordeal for you.

So practicing non-physical navigation in lucid dreaming/astral projection while alive is a very good idea. Because while you're still alive you always have the option to return to the safety your physical body if you fuck things up and lose control.

I'll return to give some basic instructions on how to astral project later if there's an interest.

Re: What's the best guide to astral projection?
From my experience you can only leave your body after a deep relaxation. You change from a normal waking consciousness into a sleep state consciousness. If you can remain aware through the stages of your body relaxing there is a window where you can pull out of your body.

First is a light meditative state, followed by deeper relaxation where you no longer feel your body, followed by entering a sleep type of state.

Many times I projected I found myself in my bedroom but it's not actually my bedroom it's a copy of it. Things can change pretty quick an you can misremember things like where a door or window really should be.

Things that help are lots of fruit and vegetables, lots of meditation, and a regular sleep cycle.

I have a lot of experience in astral projection so if you want to discuss anything just reply.

Re: What's the best guide to astral projection?
One thing we should distinguish is the difference between astral travel, and then going directly out of your body into this material plane.

Going out of your body and remaining in this density of the material plane to where you can visit the next room or your friend up the road, that is very very difficult, much more difficult than astral projecting.

I have never managed to travel this material plane on a projection, or if I have, I go straight into the astral copy of my house.

I suspect that it requires a lot more control and focus and practice to be able to travel on the same plane that your body engages with. When you project out of your body you go to a different dimension almost by default. To be able to effectively travel without your body but remain in this reality, I suspect you would also be developing abilities like
light body activation or teleportation by that stage aswel.

Shut the fuck up, what the fuck are you even talking about. I can assure you that not only are we welcome in these places they are there for us to explore.

Just because you visited once, shit your pants and felt like you broke something does not mean that we shouldn't go there.

Everything is spirit, infinite and eternal spirit; as a result they can be quite a rambunctious lot. Fantasmagoric slapstick is what i'd call it.

Now you see why this dimension is such a useful tool for learning. We are exposed to concepts unattainable and inconceivable to something indestructible.
