silver price has to drop low for banks to cover short positions. At the same time physical/premiums will keep going up. Try to find a silver eagle for under $33, close to 75% premium, generics have a 50% premium. Expect that to go much higher as silver drops. Then one day, when all short positions are closed out you will see 50, 100, 150/oz. My guess is before the next presidential election due to restructuring.
