How much of a raise do you expect this fiscal year end?

With the end of the fiscal soon approaching and most big companies will be dealing out raises soon.

What’s your expectation? I’ve gotten 3-5% last few years. Inflation is at around 15ish or so.

Do you expect 15% to keep up? I’m curious because the middle class is getting squeezed every time we adjust the lower end up and don’t increase across the board.

I’ll probably get 3-5, I don’t expect to get that much more. I’d be surprised.
