I bought some Magnesium Bisglycinate and Vitamin C L-Ascorbic Acid GMO free.

Only been taking it four days and boy can I feel the difference.

Magnesium citrate is the better absorption. Liposomal vitamin c is the most effective. I take 400 mg of magnesium citrate and 3000 mg of liposomal vitamin c daily.

I take Bob Barefoot vitamin with magnesium in it.

It gets your whole body working right.

(there is some literature that the Bob Barefoot is bad or a scam or whatever, but I tried it, and it is wonderful for me!)

So I have started off with half a teaspoon of Magnesium Bisglycinate and a heaped teaspoon of Acorbic Acid in orange juice as I did not want to upset my system till I got use to it.

Just on this dose which I take before bed, I have been falling asleep and sleeping a lot better and all through the night too. I suffer from lying in bed waiting to go to sleep and usually don't sleep before midnight, a big problem for
me. And now I feel so refreshed so I am not going to up the dose of Magnesium but may the vit C till I get used to it.

The Magnesium completely evacuated my colon the next day which felt brilliant.

As to why I purchased these two is because I am in my early 60s and my heart felt weak, even though I walk 4 miles a day and have a sparse diet, It still did not feel right.

Apparently we get zero Magnesium in our diet and it is so needed for the heart to function properly.And it has taken that weak feeling away just after 4 days.

The reason I chose this type of magnesium and vit C is because this type of Magnesium has the most potent saturation for your body, the body does not assimilate other types as good as this.Something to do with the molucles but read up on it.
As for the Liposomal Vitamin C, I could not afford it or I would have gone for that.
Clive De Carle does state that a good Ascorbic acid (non GMO) works just as well.
Cost me around £20.00 for both packets.

both of those are good,

why do people need these two?

for starters chemtrails deplete your body of magnesium,

and everything goes downhill from there,

both mag and C are needed by the body to produce white blood cells,

White blood cells are part of the body's immune system. They help the body fight infection and other diseases.

Take the zinc and magnesium separate from other vitamins and minerals, they can disrupt absorption of other nutrients. 2-3 hours before bed is the perfect time as the zinc will improve your sleep.

Too bad...theres a host of things you won't get from food anymore. Soil depletion is a thing. Since your only a few days into this, I would consider going and getting a full panel blood test done to measure as many levels and processes possible. You might be surprised to find out just how many deficiencies your body may have.

Not sure if your on a VEE pea ENNE, but if you are in the UK, that nation has one of the worst diets in the western world...like Scots and Americans.
