What 4 times a week. Drinking semen is not part of a fertility plan that would be recommended by an Ayurvedic medicine practitioner. While Kardashian is a big promoter of Ayurveda for wellness, the practice is not a typical detox that people can pick and choose from to boost their health; it is a longterm approach to balance in all aspects of your life.
