Home remedies for hand foot and mouth disease

Our family along with two others went away last weekend and now all the kids have it. Rash on hands, feet, face, butts and mouth sores. We swam in the hotel pool that did not smell like chlorine so maybe they got it there. I know there is a shortage so figured the hotel was skimping on it. Anyways I figured some of you may have some tips on how to treat it. Thanks in advance.
