I'm typically really hard on cops, as they have always harassed me about weed. However, I'm almost not willing to believe that cops stood outside of a classroom while some punk shot 19 kids and a teacher for nearly an hour.

Either the murders happened at the very beginning, or at the very end of the scene. I can't fathom anything else.

Let's just keep ignoring the 42 minute headstart law enforcement had before the shooter even entered the school firing on pedestrians for 12 minutes after he was chased to the school by federal agents and then allowed to walk right in

The teacher who had propped the outside backdoor open saw the gunman running toward the door and she panicked and ran inside without shutting the door.
I guess all that active shooter training in the schools is just a waste of time.


According to emergency calls and surveillance footage, Ramos crashed the vehicle he was driving in a ditch at 11:30 a.m. Immediately after, the teacher who propped the door open ran back inside to retrieve a phone. Then the teacher returned to the propped door, calling 9-1-1, noticed the shooter nearing the school, panicking and ran inside, leaving the door open.
