Meanwhile today I had to cut a check for $13.5K to the US border and customs patrol because I ordered 6 pallets of tile from China direct to install in a personal house build.
I paid about 4k for the tile after shipping, duties, broker fees prior to receipt. I could have bought similar product at home depot for 6k.

This TAX was sent to me, not prior to purchasing, not during transit or hold in customs - but rather 12 months of physically having the tile in my possession.

I tried to fight it, given it is for personal use, but no one cared or gave a damn. What amounts to mafia rule of law. I had to make payment now or risk a doubling of the fine and prison time.

Now everyone that took a student loan, knowing in advance full well they needed to pay it back is given a green light?

There is something seriously fucked up with the system these days.

Oh and while standing on the soap box. I didn't receive a single dime during the pandemic. I paid 75k in Federal taxes and 30k in property taxes alone last year.


The new American Standard seems to be incentivize to do nothing and penalize those who actually produce.

Yeah and you shouldnt have to pay that either. Just like you all were asking for is to be held to the same standards of previous generations

I also didnt recieve a single dime during the pandemic. My degrees have gone unused the entire time because of the economic destruction and my inability to work hard enough to get out of a small town (80+ hours a week). If through the fault of the government destroying the economy i got stuck for 15 years why the hell should i have to pay them?
