I don’t know if this was already asked or not but if his plan was to go on a rampage, why would he spend all that money on a gucci brand like Daniel Defense for $2000+ that he knew would only be used one time? A basic, no frills AR15 can be had for $600-700 before tax.

He bought not just one but 2 rifles. Why did he buy 2? Did he dual wield them? That doesn’t make any sense, especially since he added a vertical grip at the end.

Well a normal person would want body armor to protect them from becoming a statistic when the government (btw..they also have body armor) starts attempting to illegally take the guns from law abiding citizens.

The DD comes with the vertical grip and he did buy a no frills entry AR also. The SA Saint runs about 799 right now. Who knows why he bought 2..I'd buy a different caliber or length not both the same.

I doubt he dual wielded them. There would be no advantage whatsoever of him doing that. It’s not easy to accurately shoot a full sized rifle one handed. I doubt he’d even be able to hold it out longer than a few seconds with his frail skinny arms.
