Maybe we can scrap his right to speak, with tape over his mouth, we wouldn't want to take other rights because Michael Moore wants our Bill of Rights changed now would we, give up one you give them all up. The very reason you have gun rights in the first place, the British took the founder's guns except what was hidden, they took all the rights they had as a colony to govern themselves.

A good idea is to study what was going on in the Colony before the Revolutionary war, and why it happened. The Bill of Rights was formulated because of this very thing and it was for all the people to protect in future cases for the same reasons.
