It really bothers me how much emphasis he puts on confession, then proceeds to lie during his confession.

Then after being confronted, nobody really seems to know that he did anything wrong.

I notice in the end, only 2 women stood up to comfort the young woman, and pretty much all the men rushed up to hug the abuser. Their women hung back, but got up after they saw their husbands. Disgusting. Turns me off from all churches.

Well you know, there is the possibility she's lying. It's not as if people don't lie, especially for attention. Maybe she's telling the truth and maybe she isn't but there's this little thing known as "innocent until proven guilty" that's supposed to be the cornerstone of American justice. Don't let me get in the way of your lynch mob though...just let me remind you of a little thing called "satanic panic". If you don't know what that is, you should look it up. There are plenty of interesting stories about people who had their lives destroyed by lying "victims" and the psychologist, psychiatrists and cops who put them up to it.
