Russia is actually bending over backward to facilitate grain shipments. They gave 3 options for export by sea transport.

1) Clear the mines off Odessa and ship from there. Russia promised to guarantee their safety. (Ukraine to clear the mines that they themselves have laid).

2) Ship from Mariupol, which is now reopened for business and all sea mines have been cleared by Russia. Russia requires some sanctions be lifted to allow this.

3) Ship to the Northern waters via Belarus. Russia requires some sanctions on Belarus to be lifted to allow this.

And of course, Russia itself is a major exporter of wheat, and is having a record harvest this year. And they are exporting their wheat as well. Probably have to pay in Rubles however, if you are a belligerant country. I think he used the term "unfriendly country".
