Free room and board? Tennessee is about to become the first U.S. state to make it a felony to camp on local public property such as parks [ link to abcnews.go.com (secure)] i bet in like the 60's it wasnt bad at all to be homeless in like san diego. i hear that many homeless ppl get real bored but as far as not many ppl and perfect sleeping weather not bad
