I forget how many were in it...25? 30? one ounce capsules. The thing I found with kratom was that lower doses didn't do anything to me at all. But if I took 4 or 5 oz in rapid succession, I felt like my heart was gonna stop. I could barely stand up. Maybe it was just the variety I tried. But 1, 2, or 3 oz did nothing to me at all. More than that made me feel like I overdosed... |

I can easily sleep with the Red and haven’t bought the Green since discovering it. I only bought from one vendor (Kratom Connection) but they are a little pricey I am told. I will try a cheaper vendor when this bag runs out. Best way to take it is 1/2 cup water, 1 tablespoon diet ice tea mix, 1 level tablespoon Kratom (you might want to start with less like a teaspoon leveled). I use an electric milk frother to mix it so it doesn’t clump up. Then I down it like a shot. Kicks in, in about 20 min. |

You realize more people have likely died falling out of their beds over the same time frame right? I personally will not take Kratom because i've seen how addicted people get to it HOWEVER I have seen people use Kratom to kick their opoid habit because it affects the same receptors in the brain and allows opoid addicts to get off the painkillers without having to go into withdrawal. Ive seen 2 people get off opoids this way and for that reason alone it shouldn't be illegal anywhere. Ironically in the states where it is Illegal they have the worst opoid addiction rates. Kratom is a vehicle to ending the opoid crisis. |

I started using it to get over an opioid addiction because I was prescribed tramadol for a broken rib and then became addicted to it. After my prescription was finished my neighbor offered me roxycodone and I quickly succumbed to being addicted to that. That was a terrible point in my life Kratom quickly cured all withdrawal symptoms and provided me relief from the negative thoughts associated with opioid withdrawal I use it now for energy and it’s great. If I do not take it, I will become tired and I suspect this is kratom withdrawal but it’s far more manageable than opioid withdrawal I’d recommend red vein or red maeng da for pain Green is good for stimulation but don’t take too much or you’ll get the wobbles White vein is what I use daily as a replacement for coffee in the morning and it works great. My tolerance has been stable for years and I use the same amount every day with no Ill effects. |

Also if you can get them use the the super strains. Slightly higher percentage of active ingredients. I order mine from a company based out of Vancouver. Never had any issues with quality. |

This will help it mix into a paste otherwise it won’t mix with too much liquid Once it turns into a paste add more orange juice and mix until it looks like it’s mixed thoroughly. Take it as a shot and the vitamin C will help to potentiate the effects of the kratom |
