Perhaps absorbic acid has some benefit to the body... But you are essentially taking the wall of a cell without the components inside. You need the whole thing to get Vitamin C! Wholefoods: Kiwi fruit, blue berries, Goji berries, orange. etc. |

Camu Camu berries have the most natural vitamin C according to the article. Who knows more about ascorbic acid not being real vitamin C? |
