Anybody take vitamin c?
Ester c capsules 500mg once or twice a day is very good, or the lypo spheric gel is good too.

The expensive stuff is better for you, but just get plenty of cheap sustained release ascorbic acid with rose hips for SHTF.

Get all the vitamins needed from McDonald's Big Mac sandwich. Very filling and tasty also! I don't waste money on fake vitamins or so called "health foods". Early humans ate meat similar to our Big Mac sandwich. They were also much stronger than we are today .

Re: Anybody take vitamin c?
Not true! Vit C is water soluble. When you inject orally, less than 10% makes it past your gut. Then only maybe 10% of that get's to your cells. You need to make it Oil soluble and that's where Lipo-somal Vit C becomes the best method to inject. Been making and taking for years and haven't had colds etc. You can look up and find recipes, but it's just 3 ingredients...Water, Ascorbic acid, & Soy Lecithin. You mix it in a blender and then put the mix into an ultrasonic machine(think jewelry cleaner on amazon). The C molecules get encapsulated by the oil and pass right through the gut and into the blood stream and easily absorbed by your cells. You're able to take mega doses that would give the normal person diarrhea.

I probably shouldn't have used the word inject. I mean taken orally.

Re: Anybody take vitamin c?
My 81 year old father started making it for us 10+ years ago and passed it on to me. It was tough to keep up with and so he found a lipo-c pill on Amazon and it's worked for him well, but then again he pretty much stays home and only gets out once in a while. I'm not a doctor, but IMO their's nothing better for you than making it yourself. You KNOW what the ingredients are . With these pills you never know when they might put something harmful in them (not necessarily intensional, but never the less, the risk is still there. I can tell you not from only my experience, but from friends and family that I've shared the recipe with and they all are amazed at how it kills a cold/flu/virus off as long as you catch it early. If you're interested in the recipe, I'll have to post on an anon site to keep privacy.

Re: Anybody take vitamin c?
Here's the recipe I've made and used. I didn't test the links to see if they still work though.

Liposomal C Recipe
2 TBS ascorbic acid in 1 cup water 6 TBS soy lecithin in 2 cups water
1. Add6TBSofsoylecithinto2cupsofwarmwater(distilled).Letsetfor4to6hoursandstir occasionally(if left to sit overnight, put in fridge).
2. Add2TBSofascorbicacidto1cupofwarmwater(distilled).Allowtheascorbicacidto dissolve.
3. BlendthesoylecithinonLOWspeedfor60seconds,thenaddtheascorbicacidandblend for another 60 seconds.
4. Pour the mix into an ultrasonic cleaner and turn on for 24 minutes or so total. My Ultrasonic cleaner runs for 8 minutes at a time. I make sure and tip one end of the cleaner a bit every minute to help mix it (My ultrasonic cleaner has the transducer on one end)
I take about an ounce of the stuff at a time, preferably on an empty stomach. One ounce a day is enough (from my experience) to keep any cold/flu away, but if I feel like I’m coming down with something then I take it twice a day. Within a day or 2 max, it stops what I was getting dead in its tracks.
IMPORTANT: Make sure and store the mix in a covered glass container and in the refrigerator (A double batch fits in a 1 quart canning jar) Will keep for a couple months.
Using 2250 mg per 1⁄2 teaspoon ascorbic acid:
– makes approx. 1000mg per fluid ounce of Vitamin C

Ingredient sources:
1. Asorbic acid (available at your local health food type store) or online:

Make sure what ever you buy, it’s 100% ascorbic and doesn’t have any other ingredients.
2. Non-GMO Lecithin granules (available at your local health food type store) or online:

3. Distilled Water
4. Ultrasonic machine

Re: Anybody take vitamin c?
Avoid taking high doses of C with other supplements and nutrition. It hampers absorption. Taking super high doses is not good for you long term. Just because someone else did it and feels like it helped them doesn’t mean it’s good for you. Study up before you mega dose. Not saying C is bad at all but moderation is key unless you are deficient in any vitamin or mineral. Do the research, don’t even trust my advise.

Liposome infused vit C for me for many many years and never have I been sick once. No covid no flu no nothing nada. My wife also takes the 1000mg liposomal C and never gets sick but a few months ago she skipped a few days cant remember the reason why but she did get mildly sick. We both responded with see vitamin C is the cure for thee well not really but she knew that taking it regularly was key in never getting sick.

Ask yourself why the only mammals not making vitamin c in the liver are humans, guinea pigs (that we cannot even know where they come from as they do not exist in nature), bats and one order of monkey.

And it's not even like our vitamin c pathway genes have been removed. They have been spliced and flipped to deactivate.

For the rest there is no "non GMO" ascorbic acid.
It's all made by fermentation using a gmo bacteria on different substrate usually corn stalks that have good chance to be gmo as well.

Low doses of vit C are antioxidants. Large doses are oxidants.

If you are a old genetic having g6pd then you don't need lot of it. You can go with 1/10 of normal doses.

Also you don't need to buy expensive liposomal.

Just add some mtc oil,or coconut oil, even butter. If you like add some lecitine or choline (egg yolks etc)

Shake well and you are good to go.
