This would only serve to widen the rift between rights of the State and Federal Govt.

Take my state of Missouri, we essentially passed law already that prohibits Missourians from having their 2A rights trampled.

Missouri will just conduct its own firearms manufacturing (Thanks S&W for setting up shop here recently), and we will conduct local state sales with Missouri and friendly neighboring States.
