Hope you extracted all that equity at 2.xx rates. They're about to evaporate all that equity that they provided to everyone. There's no better feeling sitting on OPM, for mere peanuts in payment.

Life may be all fun and games now in the USA, but as offshoring increases, illegal immigration rises, hard-working Americans die off or dropout due to higher taxes and more regulations, the national debt climbs, there is more terrorism as the result of illegal American wars, the police become more brutal enforcing draconian decrees, the US Ponzi economy and stock markets collapse, cash is banned, Americans are implanted with microchips, and real crises and false flags are used to force Americans to go to the gulags and finally to the gas chambers and ovens, will Americans wish that they had spoken out earlier against the dangers of wars, debt, and tyranny?

Their Draconian measures haven't pushed people to use their guns yet. You show up at someone's home and threaten their livelihood or family, then the purge and hunting season - all bets are off, as desperate people do desperate things. News travels fast, if it happened in one city, or one state, the entire nation would know overnight.

What I would be more concerned with is other nations around the world, that have less means to defend themselves. That's the low hanging fruit.

Re: U.S. home sales tumble; higher prices, mortgage rates eroding affordability
One of the reasons the US is collapsing now is that Americans think that decay will be stopped by becoming Fascists and Communists. Americans think the US will be improved by expanding wars, increasing the debt, and adding more tyranny when the reason the USA is crashing is because the US has wars, is in debt, and has a police state.

Americans used to say that they love freedom, but now they turn around and say they need the government to give them free Obamacare, build a wall, protect the US from Yemen, wiretap their phones, arrest people for feeding the homeless, stop farmers from plowing fields, force people to get rid of dogs, ban vaping, and torture suspects.

Every country has the government it deserves.

There is no reason for the existence of countries that cannot defend themselves. Belgium, Denmark, switzerland, Kuwait, Ecuador, Chile, Canada Singapore Malaysia etc. They will all eventually be annexed by their larger more viable neighbors.

Re: U.S. home sales tumble; higher prices, mortgage rates eroding affordability
I know homes in my area are dropping in price.

Even though I'm not looking to buy anything right now, I still spend about 30 minutes each day looking through Realtor.com to see what housing prices are doing and what's for sale.

I've seen a steady decline in prices, along with many existing listings reducing their asking price each week, for about 2 months now.

When the next Fed Reserve interest rate hike goes through in 3 weeks (increasing 0.75% interest), average 30 year home loans will be around 6.8%-7.2%. That will cause a significant reduction in home prices.

There's supposed to be an additional 4 interest rate increases by the Fed before the end of the year. We could realistically see 30 year interest rates on home mortgages hit 10.5%-12.5%, not far away from the 18.5% we saw during the Jimmy Carter years.

My Property taxes go to pay for...

schools
township roads
library
zoo
mental retardation facilities
and a big list of other things.

If you got rid of property taxes, you just cost shift it away from wealthier people onto the back of everyone though income taxes or sales taxes.....its a zero sum game.

There is no free lunch.

The whole game is to get you 'tards into believing things appear magically for free. And they seem to have won.

I honestly have no idea how people are paying all of that. 23,000 tax is a burden on itself, equivalent to a $2,000 a month rent.

Re: U.S. home sales tumble; higher prices, mortgage rates eroding affordability
Americans used to be able run their lives. Now Americans must wait for government decrees like slaves.

Your life is over. The US is finished. There is no hope.

The USA is a bankrupt warmongering police state.

The elites have crossed every line and Americans didn't even shrug.

You are under house arrest. You can't work, go to school, start a business, go to church, buy a gun, protest, vote, or travel.

You are being unconstitutionally wiretapped 24/7.

The government can torture and extrajudicially assassinate you.

The border is closed and the world is a global police state.

The globalists will steal everything you have through taxation, forfeiture, inflation, fees, and fines.

Everything is illegal. The government and illegal immigrants don't obey the law.

Soon there will be mandatory virus testing and mandatory vaccines with microchip implants. Cash will be banned. Concentration camps will open.

Everything you learned is useless now.
