worked for me.

I've done something similar which is to meditate while looking at the third eye position which is between the eyebrows.

I think the exercise in the video will work best if you direct your eyes to the extreme 'up' position for the 10-15 seconds. You'll feel a resistance in your head when you do this.

"things are looking up!" (looking up helps the mindset, looking down is a depressing action)
