Ah yes, the tampon machine in the girl's bathroom. Story time:

So, I was in photography class in 7th grade, and I loved it because they would turn us loose with a camera and tell us to photograph "something". Then we would go into the basement into the lab and develop our film. We would then get a grade based on composition, focus, subject, etc.

I was roaming the halls and had a "Kodak moment". I kicked the door open on the girl's bathroom and photographed the tampon machine.

I was quite proud of myself, and the boys really howled when I showed them my photo. The teacher was not, I got a B-. She said, "Mister, you're not allowed in the ladies room!" to which I replied, "I never went in."

We found them in the glovebox of my friend's mother's truck. Didn't know what they were at the time and tied the strings to our plastic army men. Then we climbed up onto the roof of a shed and was throwing them off. His mother came outside and was horrified! I'll never forget the look on her face. She called my Mom and sent me home. When we got home Mom told my Dad what I did, and they both laughed until they cried.
