I was falsely ticketed for a parking violation. Can I ask the acting judge for a monetary judgment in my favor?

It really depends on whether or not you're the right color.

Traffic court is a quasi criminal proceeding; according to the officer you broke a law. Court will only be about what you did wrong, not what the officer did. If you prove up that the officer's actions were defective, that you didn't break the law, the best you get is you will be found not guilty.

Thereafter, to go after a cop for false charges against you is a separate civil matter, that you would have to file, for a claim like malicious prosecution, or "abuse of process" it's called in some jurisdictions. That's how you get money for you.

Its going to be tossed regardless. I'm going to question the officer about how long he has patrolled that area, gave out tickets there, if he knew the signs read no parking from 12am to 7am, why he didn't put a ticket on the other car (video evidence), and nail that antiChrist Muslim for trying to defraud me. Plus the amount he wrote for the fine isn't correct according to the laws.

He wrote the ticket at 10:31.

I'll try that. At least then a jury can judge in favor of blessing me with a monetary reward for trying to be defrauded by a corrupt officer.
