There is lot of evidence Government can track these
incidences. But the Government itself is encouraging it.
If a scammer is using proxies, all they have to do is to track it from one to another and keep doing to the end. At the end
they will find the culprit. The culprit could be using prepaid
or throw away phones. But they can track it. Trouble is
loose laws not going to deter them. It should be life behind
bar, and if possible torture them.
Anybody helping them should be equally responsible.

Above all, there are good citizen who can be resourceful helping the Government voluntarily. But the government refuses.

We must all come out and demand from the Government. We should fix a date on weekend to get together at the City Center
Across USA for one Hour. So the government knows we are disturb by it.
These scammers are so bold and lie like hell that pathological
lier look like a kid to them.
