Where do you go, what do you do to get away from all the doom?

my mind to kill and my body to run away

Move from a libtard state to a freedom state.

Always makes me Happy.

Lock myself in my workshop and work on projects....at any given time I have 6-8 projects I'm working on.....put on some music and enjoy the act of making....

Right now I'm planting a wind break. We moved here 6 years ago and the wind is ferocious.

I have planted 50 hybird willows out front in a T shape and lined the inside with 25 pampas grass plants. I will add cedars next fall on the outer edge

There is also the start of a fruit orchard.

I go where people are not talking about it, reading it, or watching it.

I don't even see the doom because I trained myself to ignore it, so now I don't even look at it nor show an interest in it.

But something had to kill my desire to seek it.
Doom is very addictive but it too a traumatic experience so help me stop.

Because Doom is so highly energizing, I needed to recover and rest and remove myself from a state of anxiety, I had to quit doom.

Some people take breaks I know that works for them and help. And then they return when really to receive it again so that seems like a good practice too.
