Seattle should do the same thing as Grants Pass, Oregon, fire them all and have no police department or jail. Grants Pass has a volunteer police force. One of my friends volunteered her time.  In Seattle that would mean bunches of people would volunteer to shoot bunches of other people. Im not against it. Seattle has been a psycho sht hole for a long time with the cops to match. Perving around in spy cars and gangs of boy gustler thug....
