Every candidate should run for office on the content of their individual character. It could be made less costly for individuals if they were able to advertise their campaigns at no cost. TV and Radio networks should be mandated to air campaign ads free of cost. Even term limits would no longer be necessary. Eligible voters should be free to vote for anyone they want in leadership for as long as the want. Voter "eligibility" is also key... People should be required to be land owners and possibly have other requirements to earn eligibility to vote. Politicians are able to buy the votes from the dregs of society with "free" stuff. People should have some skin in the game before they can vote for leadership in the game. Unfortunately that gets too complicated. Yeah since a majority of the land is now owned by the mafias and criminal orgs likes Gates and co, if we went down that path today, it would only make things worse, which is what they want. |
