Just wanting to see how many on GLP are in this condition.

What are you going to do with food, gas, rent and such still going up in cost as the months pass ?

What are you going to do if SHTF and you are laid off ?

Do you have family members you can move in with, is their home paid for.

As I see it we are heading into a 3rd world shithole in America, we have destroyed many countries economies with useless wars and killed millions in the past 40 years.

We have turn into a den full of sinners, crime out of hand, riots, lootings and its going to get worse.

I own my crib free and clear, still fixing it up but I to have my title.

I got some money in savings and very very little debt.

About 1 year food storage and a nice good size garden.

I also live in a area of plentiful food grown all around me.

I am concerned about those living paycheck to paycheck and don't have a safe home paid for.

Re: How Many on Here Live Paycheck to Paycheck and Don't Own Your Home Free and Clear ?
Six/Seven years ago I was possessed with the idea of paying off all my bills and pay of my house. I sacrificed and spent every spare cent to paying off my home. I paid it off in 15 years on a 30 year mortgage free and clear the year before COVID started.

Man, I look back on whatever spirit to get done with debt and I am so glad I did. The value of my house when up by 25% in the last year.

While the value will likely go back down again. I can honestly say that I am way more chill about life since I eliminated a chance that I wouldn't be able to pay off the house. The sacrifice was worth it.

At the same time there were some great rates a couple of years ago. Could I have used the house like a ATM? Yeah, but now I just bank my paychecks into whatever investment I want. After a year I could buy a Porsche if I wanted, but instead I drive a dependable old American made car. No supply chain problems with that pile of poop. And the parts are way cheap.

Folks need to think about what they are doing.

Yes this should be the new way people need to live now, stop taking on huge debt house, buy smaller pay it off, buy used cars/trucks and put money in savings 1st than pay what bills you have.

However getting out of some cites is also a good idea.

Re: How Many on Here Live Paycheck to Paycheck and Don't Own Your Home Free and Clear ?
You should start a poll OP. Add several choices like - own home free and clear - own home but have mortgage - live with family - rent house - totally fucked, rent an apartment in a city

BTW - we own free and clear

We do own our homes free and clear under God if we go back to segregating the races by race, ethnicity, culture and assigning appropriate Nations to them. If we don't do that then no one owns their home no matter how many weapons or titles it contains.

I would not want to be in that mess, sorry if your in house debt not a good place to be, what I would do is sell what you have now and get out of that debt and move to a better area and buy small and cheap and grow a garden.

You mistake we part, they didn't give we part to the people for we would be so ready to go to another country to fight when we are needed to work in our country. No, they were also killing our men and then women in wars of their choice, and those work for world people, not the American people. They actually wrote that our soldiers were cannon fodder, the ones who started wars to change the world. You know it's true when your own governments around the world sell you out for money or their cut of the loot they loot, don't you get it yet, it's all about power and money. When people state the worship Lucifer or by another name Satan they are not kidding.

How does your work or your title or your percieved amount of what you think your time is worth equal to owning a home free and clear. God did not assign that, man assigns that. God is above man's law and what man's grandiose ideas are about owning a home free and clear. God assigns the races, Nations and to each gives a specific special culture to which man's laws turn it into a tourist trap. Free and clear is obeying God, standing in your God appointed skin and gender and facial features, language and skills, climatized to the Nation appointed via segregation.

Yes I agree that's why I sold my house over a year ago in the city and moved to a small town in Idaho with good people, almost no crime with lots of food all around and paid cash for my home.
