Correct. Legal abortion is here to stay. However, most want limitations on it. And, that they believe is a state right issue. So, no abortion is not going away. Just every state will determine the limitations on it. Most will probably settle on 8 weeks to 20 weeks gestation. So, Iam not worried about this none issue.

Roe v. Wade is not the law of the land. The Supreme Court is an appeals court and does not make law.

Then it should be simple to get an amendment to that effect, shouldn't it?
And if you can't, then the federal government shouldn't be meddling in the topic and the decision should be left to states.

States rights should trump everything. If morons realized that ending RVW would not necessarily ban abortions that poll would look different.

The new generation tends to more and more see abortion for what it is which is glorious.

The Fetus isn't "your body" - entirely different than vaccines.
In fact even if you want to argue the fetus is not a person the father has rights over it as well
Your rights end where the rights of others begin
You can't claim to have a right to violate the rights of others if you are on honest and decent person

In a conflict of rights decent, civilized people realize they need to negotiate and compromise with others.

Seems fair. I think it's dangerous move to revoke Roe Vs. Wade.

It plays against a lot of the ultra progressive bullcrap because it actually supports the idea that the government can't tell you what to do with your own body.

Like mandatory vaxx.

On the contrary. Many of us support Roe Vs. Wade as it acts as a buffer against mandatory vaccines.

I think it's hilarious that Liberals can't get mando vaxx without getting rid of Roe V wade.

It's pretty straight forward.

The Supreme court ruled that no state can be granted the right over an individuals body.

You cannot mandate a certain moral belief. Since it's accepted by most medical professional that the fetus isnt fully formed until the third trimester abortion isn't considered murder in the eyes of the law.

Roe Vs. Wade stays or the government can mandate vaccines.

Slippery slope.

We may not like this Supreme Court ruling but it set a HUGE precedent regarding the Federal Governments view on their ability to decide medical procedures for the individual, such as vaccines.
