Just every state will determine the limitations on it. Most will probably settle on 8 weeks to 20 weeks gestation. So, Iam not worried about this none issue. |

Only 27% want it overturned by SCOTUS Overall, sentiments on Roe have held mostly steady since 2018, when Fox first asked the question. On average, more than 60% (between 57% and 65%) say the case should remain the law of the land. The new poll finds 27% think the case should be overturned. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 81067981 [link to www.foxnews.com (secure)] Then it should be simple to get an amendment to that effect, shouldn't it? And if you can't, then the federal government shouldn't be meddling in the topic and the decision should be left to states. |

The new generation tends to more and more see abortion for what it is which is glorious. |

Only 27% want it overturned by SCOTUS The Fetus isn't "your body" - entirely different than vaccines. In fact even if you want to argue the fetus is not a person the father has rights over it as well Your rights end where the rights of others begin You can't claim to have a right to violate the rights of others if you are on honest and decent person In a conflict of rights decent, civilized people realize they need to negotiate and compromise with others. |

I think it's dangerous move to revoke Roe Vs. Wade. It plays against a lot of the ultra progressive bullcrap because it actually supports the idea that the government can't tell you what to do with your own body. Like mandatory vaxx. |

You cannot mandate a certain moral belief. Since it's accepted by most medical professional that the fetus isnt fully formed until the third trimester abortion isn't considered murder in the eyes of the law. |

We may not like this Supreme Court ruling but it set a HUGE precedent regarding the Federal Governments view on their ability to decide medical procedures for the individual, such as vaccines. |
