You mean the Citgo Terminal? There is no Lakeside in McFarland where the terminals are. Citgo, BP, US, Flint Hills, and a few others. Which terminal is shut down? Diesel fuel shot up today (tomorrows price) so sometimes they shut the terminal down so they can cash in tomorrow (+19 cents up).

So here's the story... US Oil sent a notice out this morning that anyone that didn't have a load scheduled for today could not pull fuel. Price of diesel went up 19 cents so they are cashing in on that tomorrow. By the way US Oil is known to do this on price jumps.

One thing to consider as well - checked prices yesterday, Wisconsin was/is one of the cheapest states for gas and diesel. Given how much more it was in Minnesota and Illinois, perhaps truckers are detouring to fill up cheap in Wisconsin, creating a short-term run. Just a thought.
