Is SCOTUS making rulings on political beliefs?

The initial Roe v Wade verdict was NOT legal. Nothing to do with politics. You really have to reach deep up your ass to find how the "Right to Abortion" is covered even remotely in the Constitution. They are just sending it back to the States.

Then you have the 2nd Amendment, that actually IS in the Constitution, yet you have liberal states like CA and NY denying people their gun rights. That is actually something that the Supreme Court needs to address.

The good thing about all this the term "woman" has been clearly defined. What happened to non binary gender classification?? Ohh yea...it doesn't fit this narrative.
